During the talks, both sides discussed prospects for enhancing cooperation in civil aviation between Uzbekistan and France. Special attention was given to the modernization and expansion of Uzbekistan’s aircraft fleet to help boost tourism and improve air service quality.

One of the main outcomes of the meeting was an agreement to develop a joint pilot training program between the Tashkent State Transport University and Airbus — one of the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers. The initiative aims to build a new generation of highly qualified aviation professionals in Uzbekistan and marks a major step toward strengthening the nation’s position in the global aviation industry.
