Al-Khwarizmi University is being established in Uzbekistan
The project is being implemented as part of the construction of the Al-Khwarizmi Innovative Town in Urgench, which was launched back in 2022. The future university will unite three key faculties: mathematics and computer science, aerospace engineering, and artificial intelligence. Training of specialists will be conducted in Uzbek and English languages according to the international credit-modular system.

The educational process is planned to be built based on the experience of "New Uzbekistan" University with the participation of leading universities from the UAE, China, and Great Britain. It is planned to train up to 6 thousand students.

Also, a branch of the Tashkent Muhammad al-Khwarizmi School will be opened within the town, where 4th-grade graduates will be able to receive engineering education from an early age.

The President emphasized that the university should not only become an academic center, but also reflect the rich historical and scientific heritage of the region.
