On February 13, a working meeting of energy and water ministers from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Tajikistan was held in Tashkent. Participants included Juraбек Mirzamahmudov and Shavkat Hamraev (Uzbekistan), Talaaybek Ibraev (Kyrgyzstan), Erlan Akkenjenov (Kazakhstan), Daler Jum’a (Tajikistan), as well as heads and specialists from the countries’ energy companies.

During the meeting, participants emphasized the importance of multilateral cooperation initiated in recent years by the presidents of friendly states. Key topics included safe operation during the autumn-winter period, stable performance of water and energy systems in the growing season, and further deepening of regional cooperation.
