Citizens who install illegal barriers on roads will be held accountable

Today, the next session of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis took place. The session reviewed a draft law aimed at ensuring road safety.
According to this draft law, norms are being established to prevent the movement of vehicles on sidewalks, bicycle lanes, and green spaces.
Additionally, measures of accountability are foreseen for illegally installing barriers on the road or blocking roads, as well as for obstructing the movement of vehicles and citizens.
The adoption of the draft law will contribute to ensuring the safety of road users and creating conditions for their free movement.
The draft law was adopted by the deputies in the first reading.
