A Paris labor court has ruled in favor of Real Madrid and France forward Kylian Mbappé in his legal dispute with former club Paris Saint-Germain.

Court Backs Mbappé: PSG Ordered to Pay €61 Million
The court ordered PSG to pay approximately €61 million, covering unpaid wages, bonuses and accrued leave. The club’s counterclaim against Mbappé totaling €440 million was dismissed in full.

In September 2024, France’s Professional Football League (LFP) had already instructed PSG to pay €55 million, but the funds were never transferred. Mbappé later filed a complaint with the LFP’s disciplinary committee, which was suspended after PSG initiated legal action against the league.

Beyond financial claims, Mbappé accused the club of psychological pressure and attempts to force him into signing a new contract in 2023, during which he was temporarily excluded from first-team training.

The court upheld Mbappé’s position and ordered PSG to publish the full ruling on its official website within one month.
