An innovative Customs Clearance Center has been launched in Uzbekistan, the main goal of which is to increase the efficiency and quality of services in the field of customs administration. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev visited the new center, which is equipped with advanced technologies for digital control and speeding up customs procedures.
Uzbekistan continues to pay special attention to the modernization of its infrastructure. On the eve of the main national holiday - Independence Day, new facilities are being launched in all regions of the country, which are designed to enrich the social and economic structure.
Today, the President of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, got acquainted with a new large-scale project in Tashkent - the Customs Clearance Center. The main objective of this center is the digital transformation of the customs sphere, increasing the speed and quality of services.
The Customs Administration Digital Transformation Initiative was launched by presidential decree in April 2022. As part of this initiative, a Customs Clearance Center was established. Advanced technologies are implemented here, including data processing, remote electronic declaration, risk management systems and much more. The system is closely integrated with databases of various organizations both within the country and abroad.
Equipped with modern servers, the Customs Clearance Center reduced the time of customs procedures by 2 times, and the communication speed increased by 5 times. Additionally, the system provides protection against cyber attacks. This center will be a key step in improving the work with goods, controlling violations and improving the quality of services in the customs sector of Uzbekistan
