Operators receive calls from residents of Tashkent as well as from 15 pilot cities and districts participating in the first phase of the e-prescription rollout. Call center specialists not only register complaints and inquiries but also provide detailed explanations on how to obtain, issue, and use electronic prescriptions.

According to the Ministry, the launch of the hotline is aimed at improving public access to information and reducing potential difficulties during the transition to digital prescription systems.

Earlier, the Ministry also introduced a dedicated Telegram bot to collect public inquiries related to the dispensing and receipt of medicines under the new electronic prescription system.
