Embassy of Qatar opened in Tashkent

“Certainly, the diplomatic mission of Qatar in Uzbekistan will bring our relations to a new level, expand the horizons of mutually beneficial cooperation, accelerate trade, investment & people-to-people ties”, — the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov wrote in his Telegram channel.

Before the opening of the embassy, the heads of foreign affairs departments stressed the positive dynamics in bilateral relations and welcomed the results of the political consultations that took place that day between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the two countries. Cooperation on issues of regional peace and stability were also discussed.
