Entrepreneurial sustainability rating to be introduced
Business
From 1 February 2024, the Entrepreneur Sustainability Rating will be introduced, which will identify and incentivise entrepreneurs who comply with legal requirements.
As part of the rating, entrepreneurs will be categorised as follows:
"AAA", "AA" and "A" - high sustainability rating;
"BBB", "BB" and "B" - medium sustainability rating;
"SSS", "SS" and "S" - satisfactory sustainability rating;
"D" - low sustainability rating.
The rating will be formed automatically through the Tax Committee's platform "Entrepreneurial Sustainability Rating" through interdepartmental information exchange and will be systematically published on the official website of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Entrepreneurs with a high sustainability rating will be recommended for state awards and "Active Entrepreneur" badges for awarding in the run-up to Entrepreneur Day, which is celebrated annually on 20 August.
