Epicenter of Longevity: Tashkent Hosted the Large-Scale "BRAIN 360" International Forum
Uzbekistan
Toshkent has officially established itself as the intellectual hub of Central Asia for health and longevity. The "BRAIN 360" international forum, recently held in the capital, brought together over 700 delegates, becoming the region's first large-scale platform dedicated to preventive medicine and cognitive health.
The event, a milestone for Uzbekistan, was organized by Siberian Wellness in collaboration with the PreventMed Union. The forum united leading specialists from Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan. Experts focused on the most pressing challenges of modern times: stress management, maintaining brain function, and fostering a new culture of disease prevention.
A highlight of the forum was the establishment and inaugural presentation of the Central Asia Preventive Medicine Award. This prize recognizes the outstanding contributions of specialists toward advancing the preventive approach in the region. Participants agreed that Tashkent currently serves as a driver for creating a new knowledge infrastructure, uniting the expert community for a common future. The organizers plan to scale the "BRAIN 360" project into a regular international platform, expanding its influence throughout Central Asia.
