Russian forces are likely planning a large-scale offensive in Ukraine in the summer of 2024, the Financial Times reported, citing Ukrainian officials.

The aim of this attack is reportedly a complete takeover of Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhya regions. In addition, Financial Times interlocutors did not rule out that Russian troops will try to seize Kharkiv or even Kiev.
