International observers from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkey have praised the high level of organization and transparency of Kazakhstan’s referendum. Voting is proceeding calmly, without violations, and with full respect for ballot secrecy.

Armenia’s Vaagn Ovakimyan, head of the Central Election Commission, emphasized that the process is smooth, citizens vote freely and confidently, and observers have the opportunity to exchange experiences.

Azerbaijan’s Mazair Panahov noted that polling stations are fully equipped, sanitary and technical standards are maintained, and voting is conducted in a calm environment.

Uzbekistan’s Zayniiddin Nizamkhodjayev confirmed that all conditions are in place for a lawful and proper referendum, with no violations recorded.

Kyrgyzstan’s Tinchtyk Shainazarov highlighted that voting secrecy is fully respected, there are no crowds, and the process is well-organized.

Deputy Secretary-General of the Organization of Turkic States Omer Kodjaman noted active citizen participation and compliance with international standards.

Osman Mesten, chair of the Legal and International Relations Commission of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States, reported high voter turnout in Astana, Turkestan, and Almaty, reflecting public interest in the ongoing reforms.
