Kashkadarya Plant Enters the Global Market
Economic reforms in Uzbekistan are yielding tangible results. In the first five months of this year, industrial production grew by 6.4 percent, while exports in this sector exceeded $6 billion. A significant contribution comes from enterprises in the Kashkadarya region, including "Alp Texno Servis", a $10 million project.

The plant produces goods for international brands "TCL" and "Hofmann" and develops its own product line under the "Smart" brand. Up to 500,000 televisions and electronic boards are manufactured annually. 70 percent of the production is exported. In 2024, export shipments exceeded $2 million, with a target of reaching $10 million this year.

"We have already gained experience and entered foreign markets. Now this enterprise needs to expand. There will always be demand for such products. But we must grow in quality and range to remain competitive," emphasized Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

Localization remains one of the priorities. Currently, the localization level exceeds 50 percent. Four additional projects worth $20 million are planned, which will launch the production of vacuum cleaners, electric kettles, air conditioners, and fans. This will increase export potential up to $30 million per year.

The enterprise employs 200 people. In cooperation with Karshi State Technical University, a dual education system has been implemented.
