The world’s most-followed TikTok creator, Khaby Lame, has signed one of the largest influencer deals ever, granting rights to his digital image and personal brand for nearly $900 million.

TikTok star Khaby Lame has entered a deal worth nearly $900 million, transferring rights to use his personal brand and digital image for a three-year period. The exclusive rights were acquired by Rich Sparkle Holdings.

The agreement allows the use of Lame’s image in advertising, media content, and merchandise, and includes the creation of an AI-powered avatar. The digital double will be able to livestream 24/7 in multiple languages, replicating Lame’s facial expressions, gestures, and behavior without his direct involvement.

The deal also includes the sale of a stake in Step Distinctive Limited, while Lame remains the company’s controlling shareholder.

Born in Senegal, Khaby Lame has amassed an audience of around 360 million followers worldwide. He rose to global fame during the COVID-19 pandemic with his silent, ironic videos mocking overly complicated life hacks, turning his expressive gestures into a universal internet symbol.
