One of the key facilities was the "Chorvoq Darvoza" tourist complex in the Bostanlyk district. The first stage has already been completed: 16 residential buildings, 3 hotels, cafes, banks, and parking lots have been built. The buildings are equipped with solar panels, and in the future, a small hydroelectric power station for green energy will be built here.

An ambitious project for the construction of an oceanarium in the Yashnabad district of Tashkent was also presented. It will occupy 20 hectares near the Chirchik River. Next to it, it is planned to build a shopping and hotel complex, which will provide up to 1.6 thousand new jobs.

Another project encompasses a residential and business district in Yakkasaray district, where multi-story buildings, schools, kindergartens, sports complexes, and office buildings will appear.

The President emphasized the need to clearly work out all the details - from legal and financial issues to the quality of construction and implementation deadlines. Responsible persons were instructed to ensure strict control over the implementation of all stages.
