New Opportunities for Uzbek Doctors and Nurses in Europe
The Migration Agency of Uzbekistan, Swiss recruitment company Globogate, and Slovakia's Penta Hospitals International have launched a trilateral cooperation project. The initiative will establish a training system for Uzbek doctors and nursing staff, followed by employment opportunities at medical institutions across Europe.

Penta Hospitals International is one of Central Europe's largest private healthcare networks, operating more than 150 hospitals and around 100 patient care facilities with nearly 25,000 employees. The company has also recently opened a state-of-the-art medical complex in Bratislava designed for 1,400 staff members.

According to the Migration Agency, the new initiative builds on the successful partnership with Globogate, under which around 600 Uzbek nurses have already been employed in Germany.

During the first stage of the program, Uzbek healthcare professionals will be offered employment opportunities in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland. The project is expected to expand later to Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. Information about available vacancies will soon be published on the official XORIJDA ISH Telegram channel.
