President of Finland: one call from Xi Jinping will resolve the Ukrainian crisis

Alexander Stubb explained how one phone call could settle the military conflict in Ukraine.
Chairman of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, could end the armed conflict in Ukraine with a single call to Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by the head of Finland, Alexander Stubb, as quoted by Bloomberg.
Stubb believes that Russia is currently dependent on China, and therefore, in his opinion, if Beijing calls for a peaceful resolution of the conflict, Moscow will comply.
"One phone call from President Xi Jinping would solve this crisis," said the President of Finland.
It is worth noting that on July 2, negotiations between the leaders of Ukraine and Hungary, Volodymyr Zelensky and Viktor Orbán, concluded in Kyiv. During the meeting, Mr. Orbán asked Mr. Zelensky to consider the possibility of a ceasefire before peace talks with Russia. The Ukrainian president did not publicly respond to this request.
