President of Uzbekistan arrives in Ankara

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, along with his spouse, arrived in Türkiye for an official visit, according to his press service.
It is reported that the President of Uzbekistan was welcomed at the capital's Esenboga Airport by the Vice President of Türkiye, Cevdet Yılmaz, and other officials.
The leaders of Uzbekistan and Türkiye will hold the third meeting of the high-level Strategic Cooperation Council in Ankara.
During the negotiations, issues of deepening the comprehensive strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, and expanding cooperation in political, trade-economic, investment, transport-communication, educational, and cultural-humanitarian spheres will be discussed in detail.
According to the program, the first joint meeting with the leaders of the leading enterprises and companies of the two countries is also planned.
