President of Uzbekistan Concludes Official Visit to China

On September 3, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev concluded his official visit to the People’s Republic of China.
The visit included participation in the SCO summit in Tianjin, where the Uzbek leader proposed new initiatives to strengthen multilateral cooperation. In Beijing, President Mirziyoyev held talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping, resulting in the signing of a package of bilateral agreements in key areas of partnership.
He also met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Chinese Premier Li Qiang, as well as heads of foreign delegations and major Chinese companies. The visit concluded with Mirziyoyev’s participation in the Victory Parade in Beijing, marking the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II.
After completing the program, the President returned to Tashkent.
