The total area of the complex exceeds 7 hectares, while the mosque itself can accommodate more than 5,000 worshippers. The majestic ensemble features four 70-meter minarets and a three-story main building with a central hall and traditional iwans.

The architecture of the mosque, designed in the best traditions of Islamic and Eastern architecture, harmoniously combines national ornaments, eastern domes, towering minarets, and modern construction solutions. The interior is decorated with elements of Islamic calligraphy and decorative art.

Particular attention was paid to the landscaping of the adjacent 4.2-hectare territory. Green spaces, pedestrian walkways, recreation areas, lighting systems, decorative elements, and fountains are being developed throughout the site.

It was noted that the complex, built as a gift from Uzbekistan to the fraternal people of Kazakhstan and the residents of Turkestan, has become a vivid symbol of the centuries-old friendship, cultural affinity, good-neighborliness, and alliance between the two countries.

Surahs from the Qur'an and duas were recited for the peace and prosperity of the fraternal peoples.
