Adam Kadyrov, the 16-year-old son of Chechen Republic head Ramzan Kadyrov, has been appointed supervisor of a battalion within the Russian Defence Ministry.
Adam Kadyrov, 16-year-old son of Chechen head Ramzan Kadyrov, has been appointed curator of the battalion named after Sheikh Mansur of the Russian Defence Ministry. This was reported by the deputy of the State Duma Adam Delimkhanov.
"Today I presented to the personnel of the Sheikh Mansur Battalion of the Russian Defence Ministry their new supervisor - Adam Ramzanovich Kadyrov, Hero of the Chechen Republic, head of the security service of the head of the Chechen Republic. This appointment was a natural result of Adam's considerable merits in defending the religious, family and cultural values of our people," wrote the deputy in his Telegram channel.
Delimkhanov also noted that Adam Kadyrov was awarded the second star of the Sheikh Mansur Battalion. The first star was previously received by the head of the republic Ramzan Kadyrov.
