Ritz-Carlton will appear in Tashkent

Construction of a hotel and residential complex under the Ritz-Carlton brand has begun in Tashkent. The investment in the project is $200 million.
On May 27, the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, Laziz Kudratov, held talks with the management of the Azerbaijani company PASHA Real Estate and the international hotel operator Marriott International.
The meeting discussed the implementation of the project for the construction of a modern five-star hotel and the Ritz-Carlton residential complex in Tashkent. As the parties reported, currently, earthworks have been completed, 300 thousand cubic meters of soil have been removed, a pile contour has been installed, and foundation pouring has begun. The main project of the complex is being developed jointly with the British architectural studio Benoy.
Following the negotiations, the parties agreed to take all necessary measures for the timely and high-quality completion of the project, as well as expressed their readiness to expand cooperation and launch new joint initiatives.
