Tensions between Russia and Ukraine have escalated sharply.

Russia launches intercontinental ballistic missile at Ukraine for the first time
Today, Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile along the Dnieper River. This was reported by the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF).

The strike was reportedly carried out from a test site in the Astrakhan region. There is no independent confirmation of this information. The intercontinental ballistic missile can travel up to 5,000 kilometers, but some are designed for a range of over 9,000 kilometers.

On the morning of November 21, Ukraine's air defense forces shot down six Kh-101 cruise missiles fired by Russian troops.

No information is available about the consequences of the intercontinental ballistic missile strike. However, footage of the attack has circulated on social media.

There are speculations that this strike could be a response to Ukraine’s attack on Russia on November 19 using U.S. long-range ATACMS missiles.
