Saida Mirziyoyeva - as part of the jury of the prestigious international award

The head of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan, Saida Mirziyoyeva, was included in the international jury of the Zayed Award for Human Fraternity 2026 - one of the most significant awards in the field of humanism and intercultural dialogue.
The prize named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE, has been awarded since 2019 for contributions to the development of solidarity, humanism, and brotherhood between peoples. In different years, Pope Francis, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, and other world leaders became laureates.
The 2026 jury included:
"It is an honor for me to be the first representative of Central Asia as part of the jury. We will search for and support heroes of humanism who change the world, but remain in the shadows," Mirziyoyeva commented.
Applications are open until October 1, 2025, through the award website. The award is based on the "Human Brotherhood Document" signed by Pope Francis and the Imam of Al-Azhar in 2019.

- Charles Michel, former head of the European Council
- Mussa Faki Mahamat, former chairman of the African Union Commission
- Cardinal José Tolentino de Mendoza, representative of the Vatican
- Judge Muhammad Abdelsalam, Secretary General of the award
