The position of the head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan has been abolished. In this regard, the head of the administration, Sardar Umurzakov, was appointed to a new position. This was announced by the press secretary of the President Sherzod Asadov.

It is noted that Sardor Uktamovich Umurzakov was appointed to the post of presidential adviser for special assignments by the relevant presidential decree.

For your information, Sardor Umurzakov was appointed head of the administration on July 16, 2022.

Also, by the Decree of the President, Sunatulla Khusanovich Bekenov was relieved of his post as assistant to the head of the Administration of the President of Uzbekistan, and Furkat Jalalovich Rakhimov was relieved of his post as head of the department for preparing analytical materials and coordinating the activities of administrative divisions of the executive office of the Presidential Administration of Uzbekistan.
