Saudi Arabia plans to attract skilled workers from Uzbekistan
Ambassador Ulugbek Maksudov met with Faisal al-Dawood, executive director of the Saudi company K-Dot Partners, at the Uzbek Embassy. This is reported by Dunyo news agency.

It is noted that during the dialogue they discussed issues of legal employment of Uzbek citizens in Saudi Arabia.

A Saudi representative reported that he had established a company in Uzbekistan, Dhaef Global Recruitment, and stated that this company would facilitate the legal employment of Uzbek workers in Saudi Arabia.

It is reported that hired and signed workers will obtain visas through the Musanid platform developed by the Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development for their speciality.

Dhaef Global Recruitment has now established cooperation with the Hilton Academy training centre in Uzbekistan, organising short-term training courses to improve work skills, English and Arabic language skills. Workers who come to the Kingdom after an internship in Uzbekistan will be re-trained at the Mahara training centre in that country and will be deployed to work in their profession.

It is planned to attract skilled workers from Uzbekistan in the fields of service, aviation, medicine, agriculture and construction. Also, as there is a great demand for cooks and waiters in Saudi Arabia, there are plans to hire workers in this field as well.
