During the visit, Sea Breeze founder Emin Agalarov presented the completed projects and outlined future development plans. Particular attention was given to the creation of a modern urban environment, residential infrastructure, and public recreational spaces.

Sea Breeze currently covers 500 hectares. More than 3 million square meters of residential and commercial real estate have already been completed, with over 500 properties built. The resort is now home to 20,000 residents, a figure expected to exceed 50,000 by 2028 and eventually reach 500,000 upon full completion of the project.

More than 150 hectares have been allocated to parks, beaches, and recreational areas. The development also includes a school, kindergarten, hospital, and other social infrastructure. As part of the landscaping program, nearly 10 million trees and plants have been planted, expanding green areas to 300 hectares.

Located approximately 30 minutes from central Baku, Sea Breeze combines residential, commercial, tourism, and leisure facilities, making it one of the largest multifunctional resort developments on the Caspian coast.
