Senate and Notary Chamber Strengthen Cooperation

The Senate Committee on Judicial and Legal Issues and Anti-Corruption of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan and the Notary Chamber of Uzbekistan have signed a memorandum of cooperation aimed at further improving the notarial system, advancing legislation and enhancing the quality of legal services.
The memorandum provides for joint efforts to improve legal enforcement practices, develop proposals for the advancement of the notarial sector and involve experienced professionals in the expert and working groups under the Senate Committee.
The parties will focus on improving the quality of notarial services, reducing bureaucratic procedures, accelerating digitalization and strengthening the legislative framework. They also plan to organize joint conferences, seminars and public outreach events, prepare methodological materials, explain the essence of newly adopted legislation and promote legal awareness among the population.
