An important aspect of the country&#39;s ongoing reforms is supporting the progressive ideas of the population, especially young people and proactive citizens, and creating open and effective mechanisms for turning them into practical projects. To this end, in accordance with the Presidential Decree of July 14, 2025, &quot;On Additional Measures to Further Support Promising Initiatives in the Implementation of Reforms,&quot; the &quot;Kelajak Uchun&quot; forum of promising initiatives was introduced. Its main goal is to select, support, and implement relevant proposals put forward by the general public. As part of the forum, the crowdfunding platform kelajakuchun.gov.uz was launched. It provides citizens with the opportunity to openly post their initiatives and submit them for review and expert evaluation. This year, the forum&#39;s organizing committee identified the following priority areas: entrepreneurship development and employment, ecology, water supply and expansion of green energy, the implementation of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, improving the quality of healthcare and education, and the development of the judicial and legal system based on modern approaches. Following the forum&#39;s announcement, more than 1,300 proposals and initiatives were received from the public. These were preliminarily reviewed by the Agency for Strategic Development and Reforms and the Business River Bank and systematized according to the established priority areas. The initiatives were then analyzed by members of the Mentor Council and industry experts and assessed for practical significance, feasibility, socioeconomic impact, and scalability prospects. Based on the results, the top 50 and top 10 most relevant projects were compiled. On the first day of the forum, an awards ceremony was held for the authors of the initiatives that made it into the top 10. The winners received certificates and cash prizes. The projects presented to the President include initiatives to use plastic waste in road construction, develop an innovative air purification device, provide remote areas with energy using mobile units, implement an automated warning system at pedestrian crossings, and create a national engineering platform. The presentation noted that each of these ideas is aimed at solving specific social or economic problems. The projects will be assigned to the National Committee on Ecology and Climate Change, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation, the Ministry of Digital Technologies, the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Transport, the Committee for Highways, and other responsible organizations. An action plan for their implementation will be approved, and the implementation of each initiative will be systematically monitored. JSCB Business Development Bank will participate in the financing of promising projects and in the ongoing monitoring of their implementation.
