Soyuz Returns to Orbit: International Crew Heads to the ISS

Another international expedition has begun its journey to the International Space Station. The Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle successfully placed the Soyuz MS-29 spacecraft carrying a Russian-American crew into orbit, once again demonstrating the reliability of one of the world's most trusted space transportation systems.
The launch took place from the Baikonur Cosmodrome. According to Roscosmos, the spacecraft was successfully inserted into its planned orbit, separated from the rocket's third stage, and deployed its solar arrays and antennas as scheduled.
The crew includes Roscosmos cosmonauts Pyotr Dubrov and Anna Kikina, along with NASA astronaut Anil Menon. After docking with the International Space Station, they will join the current Russian, American, and European crew members aboard the orbital laboratory.
The mission continues the long-standing program of international cooperation in space, bringing together specialists from different countries to conduct scientific research, perform technological experiments, and ensure the continuous operation of the International Space Station.
