Stalin's dacha near Moscow has been sold at auction

The estate "Lipki-Alekseevskoye", where Joseph Stalin lived in Mytishchi district of Moscow region in the 1930s, was sold for 403.5 million rubles.
Reportedly, the only participant in the auction was the company "Consulting and Law", which bought the property at the initial price.
The asset includes the lease of about 38 hectares of land and real estate of 3.8 thousand square metres.
It is noted that the estate was built in the XIX century in the Mytishchi district of the Moscow region, and in it in 1932-1934 lived Joseph Stalin.
In the following decades, the site was used as a state dacha. In 1989, the site housed a rehabilitation centre for children with serious illnesses.
