Streets in Tashkent will be temporarily closed on June 10

Due to the FIFA World Cup qualifying match between Uzbekistan and Qatar on June 10th, from 4:00 PM until the end of the event in Tashkent, traffic will be temporarily restricted on several streets.
According to the capital authorities, the complete closure of transport will take effect:
Movement is partially restricted:
Citizens are strongly advised to plan routes in advance and use bypass roads.
- on the section from the intersection of Chilonzor and Choponota streets to the intersection of Choponota and Qatortol;
- along Chilonzor Street - from the intersection with KHAY Street to the intersection with Mukimiy Street;
- on secondary Bunyodkor Street - from KHAY Street to Muqimiy Street.
Movement is partially restricted:
- at the intersections of Alisher Navoi - Furkat, Sebzar - Ganges (tunnel entrance), Zarkaynar (tunnel entrance);
- on the section of Bunyodkor Street from the Kamolon Bridge to the Secondary Congress near the Embassy of Azerbaijan;
- on a number of other key intersections, including TXAY - Bunyodkor, Bunyodkor - Gavhar, as well as Chponota - Shota Rustaveli;
- the movement of heavy trucks will be restricted from the Erkin YPX checkpoint.
