On December 18 of this year, the Government adopted Resolution No. 851, titled “On Approving the List of Services in the Railway Transport Sector Regulated by the State and Provided Based on Market Principles.”

Tea, Drinking Water, and Sugar Are Provided Free of Charge to Passengers on Trains
According to this resolution, the following were approved:

The list of services in the railway transport sector regulated by the state;

The list of services in the railway transport sector provided based on market principles;

The list of services in the railway transport sector provided free of charge to consumers.

Under this regulation, passengers are entitled to free use of trolleys, mother-and-child rooms, Wi-Fi in waiting areas, wheelchairs for persons with disabilities, as well as tea, drinking water, and sugar during their journey.
