By the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, the Chairman of the Uzbekistan Judges Association, Ubaydulla Qurbonovich Mingboyev, was awarded the honorary title of "Honored Mentor of Youth of the Republic of Uzbekistan."

Ubaydulla Mingboyev’s career began in the 1960s as an investigator in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Surkhandarya region. However, his tenure in the judiciary deserves special recognition. In 1971, Mingboyev started working as a judge in the Surkhandarya Regional Court, and in 1975, he was elected as a judge of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan. His high qualifications and integrity earned him respect not only within the judiciary but also throughout society.

His work focused on ensuring legality, establishing justice, and protecting human rights. Mingboyev implemented significant reforms in the judicial system, particularly in training young people, educating them, and equipping them with professional legal expertise.

Moreover, he made a significant contribution to instilling patriotism and respect for universal values among the youth.
