The leaders of Uzbekistan and Turkey held a telephone conversation

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
At the beginning of the conversation, the Turkish President warmly congratulated the head of state on his birthday, wishing him good health, family well-being, and continued success in his public life.
The two leaders noted with satisfaction that relations between the fraternal countries have reached the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership, as well as the dynamic development of cooperation in all areas.
Trade turnover is growing, the number of joint ventures and regular flights is increasing, and promising projects are being successfully implemented. Cultural and humanitarian cooperation is also actively continuing. In particular, sites dedicated to Uzbekistan have been opened in Hatay Province, and Turkey was represented by a high-level delegation at the International Maqam Art Festival in Namangan and the Islamic Civilization Forum.
During the conversation, issues of jointly implementing large-scale plans and goals within the framework of agreements reached at the highest level were also discussed.
