Special attention was paid to economic partnership. In 2024, trade turnover between the countries increased by 50%, the number of joint ventures and the volume of cargo transportation increased. Today, direct flights between Tashkent and Tbilisi are operating, and a digital bank with Georgian investments is successfully operating in Uzbekistan.

Digitalization and tourism development became a separate topic. As a reminder, the Days of Uzbek Cinema and Culture were successfully held in Tbilisi last year.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further coordination at the government level to implement the agreements reached.
