The terrorists involved in the terrorist attack at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow tried to escape towards the Russian-Ukrainian border. This is reported by Russian media with reference to the Public Relations Centre of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
"After committing the terrorist act, the criminals intended to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side," the Russian security service said.
"The investigation into the terrorist attack is continuing," the message said.
At the same time, the agency pointed out that the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall was carefully planned.
According to the information of the Tajik Ministry of Internal Affairs, the three citizens of Tajikistan, who were advertised on social networks after the terrorist attack in the Moscow region, were not in the Russian capital at the time of the attack. Two men arrived in Tajikistan from Russia on 26 November 2023 and are at their place of residence, while another works as a taxi driver in Samara and was in that city at the time of the attack, the ministry explained in Dushanbe.
