Trampoline for the Future: "President Iqtidorli Farzandlari" Initiative Presented in Tashkent

A presentation of the large-scale initiative "President Iqtidorli Farzandlari" - a strategic project aimed at developing the intellectual and creative potential of young people - took place at the "Yangi O'zbekiston" University.
The event, titled "Yilning eng quvonchli yangiligi," was dedicated to the implementation of the Presidential Decree of May 15, 2025 (PF-86), which provides for specific measures to support gifted schoolchildren. As the organizers noted, the project will become a turning point in the education system and new opportunities for talented youth.
The initiative covers three key areas:
1. National Program for the Training of 1500 Gifted Schoolchildren
Across the country, 1,500 of the most capable 9th-grade graduates will be selected, who will receive targeted training to enter the world's leading universities. Experienced teachers from presidential and specialized schools will become mentors for schoolchildren.
The top 40 participants will go to Ivy League summer university schools. In case of admission to the top 100 universities of the world with a partial grant, the remaining amount will be covered by the "El-yurt umidi" Foundation.
2. Al-Beruni International Boarding School
The new school will accept 60 of the most gifted 8th-grade graduates. The training program will conclude with obtaining an International Baccalaureate diploma, which provides direct access to leading universities.
Admission to the school is held in two stages and includes testing in mathematics and English. The final selection will be held in Tashkent. The reception is open until June 25.
3. Talented Youth Support Community
A unified platform is being created, uniting graduates of Presidential Schools, Al-Beruni School, "New Uzbekistan" University, and scholarship holders of the "El-yurt umidi" Foundation. Community members will be able to participate in international forums and trainings, engage in direct dialogue with government agencies and large employers.
The badge of distinction "Yangi O'zbekiston poydevorlari" has also been established for specialists who have made significant contributions to the country's development.
The "Prezident Iqtidorli Farzandlari" initiative is considered a strategic tool for training a new generation of highly qualified specialists capable of successfully integrating into the global educational and professional space.
