The 47th President of the United States, Donald Trump, promised to abandon policies supporting transgender individuals in the military, schools, and sports starting from the first day of his administration.

Trump Vows to End the "Transgender Madness" Worldwide
On Sunday, Trump declared that he would put an end to the "mad transgender policies" as soon as his presidency begins. The statement comes as Republicans are set to control both chambers of Congress and the White House.

“I will sign an executive order to stop gender-changing surgeries for children and end transgender policies in the military, as well as in elementary, middle, and high schools,” Trump said at an event for young conservatives in Phoenix, Arizona.

He also emphasized that “men will not be allowed to compete in women’s sports,” adding, “The United States government will officially recognize only two genders — male and female.”

Last week, when Congress passed the annual defense budget, it included a provision blocking funding for certain types of assistance to transgender children whose parents serve in the military.

In his Sunday speech, Trump outlined his agenda for a second term and sharply criticized President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

“On January 20, the United States will forever close the chapter on four long, terrible years of failures, incompetence, and national decline, and we will begin a new era of peace, prosperity, and national greatness,” Trump declared.

He also made the following promises:

“I will stop the war in Ukraine.”

“I will end the chaos in the Middle East.”

“I will prevent, and I promise this, World War III.”

“I can proudly say: America’s golden age is beginning,” Donald Trump stated.
