The unique culinary art of Uzbekistan has been featured in the book "Global Culinary Stories," published in Thailand. This edition was compiled by Ketlin Pokrud, the international affairs advisor of the "Elite+" magazine.

The book includes articles on national cuisines presented by 45 foreign diplomatic missions in Thailand. "Global Culinary Stories" is a rich collection of stories about food preparation and recipes that reflect different cultures and histories, as noted by the Queen of Thailand, Maha Chakri, in the book's foreword.

The book features an article about Uzbek cuisine written by the Consul General of Uzbekistan in Bangkok, Faxriddin Sultonov. The article discusses Uzbek cuisine, which has developed over three thousand years, becoming famous for its refined dishes and rich culinary traditions.

The book also provides recipes for preparing popular Uzbek dishes such as pilaf, manti, and samsa.

The book launch event was attended by diplomats, representatives of the state and private sectors. During the event, participants were offered Uzbek pilaf, samsa, and various national dishes, as reported by the Dunyo AA agency.
