Founded by Shakhzod Umirzakov and Jamshidjon Hakimjonov, TASS Vision builds AI-powered cameras that track customer movement in stores and assess the effectiveness of product placement and marketing. A key feature of the system is that all data is processed locally on the device, without being sent to the cloud — a major advantage for customer privacy.

Currently, TASS Vision’s solutions are deployed in over 2,000 stores across 10 countries. The company serves more than 100 brands from various sectors, including fashion, electronics, FMCG, and pharmaceuticals. Over the past two years, TASS Vision has grown by 500% annually, establishing R&D centers in Uzbekistan, South Korea, and China.

The investment round totaled €1.3 million, with €500,000 provided by Purple Ventures. Other contributors included Domino VC, Pragma Tech VC, Sabah Fund, Caucasus VC, Big Sky Capital, IT Park VC, and angel investors Bahrom Abdukadirov and Ahror Abdukarimov, who have been supporting the team since 2023.

The funds will be used to develop a new generation of AI cameras, which are expected to be 20 times faster and easier to install. TASS Vision is also planning expansion into the Middle East, North Africa, and Central Eurasia.
