As the head of Uzbekistan noted, the visit of the Prime Minister of Slovakia opens a new page in the multifaceted cooperation between the countries. The high dynamics of bilateral relations were noted: political and humanitarian contacts have intensified, and the first meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission was held in May.

The parties discussed measures to increase trade turnover by expanding the range of deliveries. Uzbekistan is interested in exporting textile, agricultural, electrical engineering, chemical products, and polymers, while it is planned to import rubber, auto components, pharmaceuticals, and industrial goods from Slovakia.

An agreement was reached to launch an Industrial Cooperation Program with an emphasis on the agro-industrial sector, pharmaceuticals, auto components, green energy, and tourism. The creation of a venture fund to support IT startups and start-up investments was also discussed.

Other priorities include removing technical barriers in trade, launching a quantum reference laboratory, and developing academic exchange. It is planned to launch joint research programs with the participation of Komensky University in Bratislava and adopt a cultural cooperation program.

Particular attention was paid to the issue of organized labor migration, on which the parties expressed mutual interest in systematic cooperation.

Following the negotiations, a decision was made to prepare a comprehensive "roadmap" for the implementation of the agreements reached.
