Uzbekistan to Establish Cooperation with Germany’s European Language Certificates Organization

Uzbekistan will now offer the opportunity to obtain TELC certificates, allowing students and professionals to validate their German language proficiency with internationally recognized certifications. Additionally, TELC’s German language courses and exams will play a crucial role in preparing Uzbek youth for higher education and employment in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan with representatives of the German organization "The European Language Certificates" (TELC). Discussions focused on establishing cooperation in the field of language education and certification, according to Dunyo News Agency.
An agreement was reached to collaborate with Uzbekistan’s German language training centers, introduce German language courses based on TELC’s methodology, and implement a language exam certification system.
TELC’s language teaching methods are designed for effective language acquisition using modern techniques and fully align with Uzbekistan’s educational requirements.
Additionally, cooperation between TELC, the Germany-Uzbekistan Business Partnership Bureau, and the Uzbekistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry was discussed regarding the certification of regional language centers. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of language education and align it with international standards.
Uzbekistan’s Ambassador Dilshod Akhatov emphasized that cooperation with TELC will contribute to the development of foreign language education and international certification processes. The introduction of TELC-based German language courses and certification programs will create new opportunities for language learners.
This meeting laid the foundation for cooperation between TELC and Uzbekistan. In the future, this collaboration will open new doors for young people aspiring to study and work in German-speaking countries.
