Azerbaijan is seriously considering the final termination of all interaction with the European Parliament, accusing the institution of systemic bias and interference in the region's internal affairs.

Azerbaijan may decide to terminate cooperation with the European Parliament
Azerbaijan may officially announce a complete severance of relations with the European Parliament. According to informed sources, Baku, which had previously effectively frozen contacts with this structure, has now moved to the stage of discussing a final legal decision.

The primary trigger for this escalation was a new resolution titled "Supporting Democratic Resilience in Armenia." According to the Azerbaijani side, while the document is formally dedicated to supporting Yerevan, it is in fact filled with unsubstantiated accusations and ultimatums directed at Baku. Azerbaijan views the position of MEPs as biased and destructive, making further cooperation impossible. This radical step to sever ties could become an unprecedented case in the history of the republic's relations with EU institutions.
