Under the scheme, participants pay for the first two months of courses themselves, while the following six months are financed by the Youth Affairs Agency Fund.

Subsidy amounts:

up to 2 times the base value (824,000 UZS) in Tashkent;

up to 1.5 times (618,000 UZS) in regional centers;

up to 1 time (412,000 UZS) in districts and towns.

The program will cover up to 20,000 young people in 2025–2026 and the same number annually until 2031. If the annual limit is reached, payments will roll over to the next year.

Subsidies will only be granted to training centers registered on an electronic platform with attendance tracked digitally.
