The new system will allow participating states to promptly exchange information on birth, marriage, divorce, and death. This will simplify citizens' access to necessary documents, regardless of their country of residence, and reduce bureaucratic procedures.

The project will also enhance data reliability and help prevent potential violations related to falsification of records. In the context of active migration within the CIS, this will be an important step towards integrating national databases.

The project will be implemented in several stages: first, a concept will be developed, then technical integration will begin. The launch date is not yet specified, but the work is actively underway.

The creation of a common civil registry system will be a significant achievement in the development of digital interaction between the CIS countries.
