Visa-free entry and exit: Cardholders will have the right to enter and exit Uzbekistan without a visa;

Real estate purchase: There will be no limitations on real estate purchases for foreigners, and no permanent residence permit will be required;

Employment rights: Cardholders can work in Uzbekistan without the need for labor permits, which are otherwise required for foreign nationals;

Public services: Cardholders are entitled to medical services, education, and other public services under the same conditions as Uzbek citizens.

They can apply for multiple-entry visas without paying the state fee and without the need to leave the country for visa extension;
