Single- and double-section collectors are being installed to accommodate all utility networks&mdash;heating, water supply, electricity, and telecommunications&mdash;underground. Particular attention is being paid to the organization of modern transportation. It has been noted that the construction of tunnels and underground parking is crucial for the city&#39;s future transportation system. A ten-kilometer coastal park is being created on the site. One million shrubs and tree saplings have been planted. The head of state noted that &quot;green&quot; principles should play an important role in urban development. Responsible officials have been given additional instructions to coordinate metro and electric bus services, as well as to create safe and barrier-free routes for pedestrians and cyclists. Modern administrative buildings will be constructed for more than 60 government agencies in the new city. Several ministries and agencies have already begun work in temporary complexes. Investor activity is high. Investment agreements worth $2 billion have been signed for 24 commercial lots sold through auction. These funds will be used to build hotels, restaurants, service centers, and buildings with unique architecture. The current stage of construction has provided employment for 10,000 people. Once the project is fully completed, hundreds of thousands of highly paid permanent jobs based on innovative technologies are expected to be created. The Munich Prosecutor&rsquo;s Office has dismissed charges against Alisher Usmanov related to alleged breaches of European Union sanctions. The case was closed after Usmanov agreed to make a voluntary charitable contribution, his representatives told RBC.
