Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Sergey Kislitsa as the first deputy head of his office. Kislitsa previously served as first deputy foreign minister and spent considerable time working in the United States.

The decree appointing Sergey Kislitsa as the first deputy head of Ukraine’s presidential office was published on the official administration website.

Kirill Budanov, formerly head of Ukraine’s military intelligence, was appointed head of the office. The post became vacant in late November after Andriy Yermak was dismissed amid a corruption scandal.

Kislitsa brings extensive diplomatic experience and participated in negotiations with the United States, highlighting the presidential office’s strategic focus on strengthening the country’s international relations.
