These plots are expected to help 200,000 families generate income and lift them out of poverty. It was emphasized that the experience of creating industrialized "in-vitro" orchards in the So‘x, Baxmal, Pop, and Ohangaron districts should be expanded across the country.

Under the new system, entrepreneurs interested in creating orchards will be provided land with low-interest loans and ready-made projects. Once the orchards begin yielding, they will be offered on a lease-to-own basis, allowing payment over five years.

The meeting set a goal to establish 14,000 hectares of orchards and vineyards this year, with an additional 29,000 hectares planned for next year.
